[soundcloud url=”https://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/168829950″ params=”color=ff0000&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false” width=”500″ height=”90″ iframe=”true” /]Relatively new Italian producer Whomi has been putting out some really great original works including “Roads” and “Near Walls,” and has been killing it in the remix game with his remixes of Martin Roth’s “Mel,” Soul Button’s “Swift Minds,” and Ultraista’s “Smalltalk,” not to mention some awesome mixes such as his Anjunadeep mix. But most recently, his remix of Mashk’s “Home” is absolutely stunning. The track is elaborately dramatic, with so many perfectly crafted sounds creating such beautiful interplay- dense humming synths, an emotionally-charged arpeggiated lead, and a beautiful, subtley airy fluttering flute-like note that instantly had me hooked. This soundart is gorgeously emotive, chill-inducing, and awe-inspiring, and we look forward to hearing more masterpieces from this newcomer.
